Camden Clinic will be hosting a flu clinic in the cafeteria, tomorrow, October 24 from 3-5. Open to the public.

Just a reminder!
Tomorrow, October 24, Parent/Teacher conferences will be from 3-5. During this time our book fair will be open for shopping as well. Also, there will be 20 winter coats available to our students

Panther Creek Elementary would like to invite all parents and guardians to join us for our Halloween Parade on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. During our parade, we will be having a costume contest, and you will be the judge! The class with the best costumes will win the grand prize of an extra 15 minutes of recess.
Students will be permitted to wear costumes to school if they can participate effectively in daily activities, and they will not cause any type of distraction. If their costume cannot be worn their entire day, they will receive a chance to change very quickly into their costume independently. Also, the younger students must be able to use the bathroom independently if their costumes are worn. Masks and hats cannot be worn during our instructional time but can be worn for the parade. Face paint of any kind will not be permitted during the school day or during the parade.
As always, this event will be held on school property, so our guests still need to follow NCBOE policies.
• No weapons of any type can be on school property. (This includes “props" worn with their costumes)
• No tobacco products, cigarettes, or vape products are permitted.
• No profanity or inappropriate behaviors will be permitted.
We hope you can join us! Feel free to join in the fun and dress up as well. ClassDOJO will be updated with any further instructions or announcements relevant to our Halloween Parade

Picture Day is tomorrow, October 17. Please make sure you send your student’s picture packet back with them. 📷

Hello! We are gearing up for our FALL book fair, which will be October 23-26. This makes it the PERFECT time to check off some Christmas shopping while participating in a fundraiser for your student’s school. Each class will be previewing the books and completing wish lists on Monday and Tuesday. Since iPads are not coming home this school year, they will bring home a paper wish list. Shopping will begin on Tuesday, October 24 during our parent/teacher conferences and continue through Wednesday and Thursday for individual classes. It is highly advised that you shop on Tuesday evening to provide the best opportunity to shop for your student’s wish list or books you may want. If your child is shopping independently, it is also highly advised that you complete an E-Wallet (the QR code can be found on the blue flyer attached). This makes the process much easier for them and the parents working at our book fair. Also, this year tax will be applied to book fair purchases so please keep this in mind as you are completing an E-Wallet or sending money with your student
